I recently filled out Complete Values Profile and met with John Verin for the assessment. I am now more aware of my leadership skills from many different levels, including as a strategist, implementer, and manager. Having this level of awareness about myself will prove invaluable as I grow my business and my team. John has an innate ability to connect the dots from the many perspectives and levels of information the profile provides. He helped me understand the entirety of this robust assessment from a holistic as well as singular point of view. Now that I have this information, I can better improve my leadership skills and plan to offer this assessment to my management team for the same reason.

We all deserve to have our workplaces be a source of wellness. Some amount of stress is natural and inevitable, but relentless working and taking on more is not good for staff or company well-being.

Let's normalize workplace culture that supports staff taking time to get centered and calm by doing seated or moving mindfulness exercises; that fosters practices to clear communication blocks among colleagues; that enhances self-awareness to empower potential to become fruition.

Deeper Dialog

Deeper Dialog helps coworkers and teams go further than just "talking" to each other. Countless hours and dollars are wasted on ineffective and even destructive communication across all levels of companies.

Everyone has their ways of talking and hearing. Intentionally building "communication bridges" helps every speak in ways that others can better hear, and listen in ways that help understand others more clearly.

Bringing collective intention and specific exercises to our dialog brings everyone to a new level of connection, clarity and supports task and project efficiency like nothing else.

Clearing the Blocks

I have yet to meet a person that doesn't have some degree of self-limiting blocks in their minds. I maintain multiple practices in private and social settings to work on mine.

Having the blocks isn't the problem; letting them get in the way of our potential and our relationships is.

My coaching provides a balance of sounding board, reflecting back and illuminating practices to help individuals and teams see what they didn't before, opening the road to greater capacities, possibilities, accomplishments and joy.
